All product descriptions and information are provided for general guidance only.

Product images may differ slightly from the delivered product due to lighting, screen settings, or production variations.

All offers are subject to availability.
Obvious errors, misprints, or pricing mistakes do not bind the Company.


Article 5 – Orders and Contract Formation

A contract is formed once payment has been successfully completed and an order confirmation email has been sent.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after payment authorisation.
If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.


Article 6 – Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

Prices do not include any applicable import duties, customs charges, or local taxes that may apply.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.


Article 7 – Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.


Article 8 – Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return instructions are provided after a return request has been approved.


Article 9 – Cancellations

Orders are processed shortly after being placed.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If a cancellation is accepted before processing, an administrative fee may apply.


Article 10 – Exceptions to Returns

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalised or custom made products
Items marked as final sale
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


Article 11 – Warranty and Product Conformity

The Company guarantees that products conform to their description and meet reasonable standards of quality and usability.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Improper use or care
Unauthorised repairs or modifications

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Article 12 – Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or unmet personal expectations.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered, the Company is not responsible for loss or theft.


Article 13 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted by email within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered.

The Company aims to respond within 14 days.
If additional time is required, the customer will be informed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia.

Article 16 – Products and Availability

Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.

Discount codes issued for promotions or adjustments are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
