Order Cancellations

Orders are processed shortly after being placed to ensure timely handling and dispatch.

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

The item is unused and has not been used for cooking
The item is in original condition and suitable for resale
All original packaging, accessories, and inserts are included
The item shows no signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


Return Approval Required

All returns require prior approval.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Original shipping costs are non refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Collins Cookware is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Returns may be handled through our international logistics partners.


Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a return does not meet the eligibility criteria, no refund will be issued.


Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, unless they are faulty:

Items that have been used for cooking
Products marked as final sale
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Collins Cookware is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.
